Blog Hop Triple Treat

Hey Stampers!

Welcome to the 3rd and final day of the Glitter Queens blog hop.
First and foremost I want to say thank you to each and everyone of you who have visited with us this week and left comments. This hop could not have happen without your participation. To help make our blog hops better, please post a comment below of tips and suggestions. Your feedback is very much appreciated.

Continuing with the retiring theme, today's card creations are showcasing the Triple Treat Flower stamp and the 5 Petal Flower punch, which are both retiring on May 31st. Doesn't this card just make you want to smile. The bold bright colors of tempting turquoise, melon mambo, and so saffron instantly make me think of summer. The base of the flower was made using the Flower Fancy punch, while the focal point petals were stamped, embossed, and cut out using the 5-Petal Flower punch.  The leaves on this card came from the Bird Builder punch and the sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp set.

My second card creation is a a card I made last year using the Always Elegant stamp set that too is retiring. I absolutely love and adore this creation. Such a a beauty and perfect for weddings and anniversary occasions.  Be sure to order your Always Elegant stamp set while supplies last.

I really hope you all have enjoyed the Glitter Queens, blog hop.

Hope you come back and visit with all of us again. To start at the beginning click here to visit Dawn.

  1. I love the beautiful spring colors for the Triple Treat card! The wedding card is also gorgeous! TFS!

  2. Beautiful cards Candice, I especially love the 2nd one, I may have to case that one :) Thanks for joining the hop!

  3. Sorry to see the versatile flower stamp retire. Love that second card! The embossed and scalloped layer across the top looks really nice.

  4. Love both cards. The first is very Spring like and the second is very elegant and I love the embossing at the top, I will try that. Thanks

  5. Your first card was lovely. I have those punches and stamp set, so I am excited to come up with my own color combos. Great ideas.

  6. I am also sad that the triple treat stamp is retiring. I LOVE that two punches go with it. I am keeping this stamp and continuing to use it!!

  7. Beautiful Card! I love the colors you used. TFS AJ!
